Join us for a gentle yoga flow suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Class begins with a focus on the breath, then moves slowly through a series of uncomplicated poses, ending with reflection. Safety and proper alignment are emphasized. Come to class to stretch and increase flexibility, and leave feeling relaxed and in tune with your body.
Weekly sessions begin on Monday, May 16th at 5:00 pm. Bring your own yoga mat and water. Space is limited so registration is preferred. The class is donation based.
